Floyd Abrams

Floyd Abrams is an American attorney working with Cahill Gordon & Reindel. He is an expert on constitutional law and has argued a total of 13 cases before the Supreme Court of the United States. Many of his arguments have been adopted as US Constitutional interpretive law, as it relates to the First Amendment.

He is the William J. Brennan Jr Professor at Columbia University, and in August 2021 was named a counsel to the AI company Clearview.
