Fouzia Elbayed is a Moroccan women’s rights advocate and a former Member of Parliament. After leaving office in 2016 she became a member of the National Council of her party, the Constitutional Union.
Elbayed has been President of Liberal International’s Human Rights Committee, while also working with the Westminster Foundation for Democracy [WFD].
