Jacob Mchangama is a Danish lawyer and the founder of Justitia, a Copenhagen-based think-tank focussing on freedom of speech and the rule of law.
Mchangama has previously served as chief legal counsel at CEPOS. His first book, Free Speech: A History from Socrates to Social Media, will be released in February 2022.
