Nguyen Thanh Van

Nguyen Thanh Van is a French-Vietnamese exile journalist who was imprisoned by her government for association with the pro-democracy Viet Tan party.

She is an editor at the Vietnamese monthly Viet Nam Dan Chu and a regular contributor to the radio program ‘Chan Troi Moi’, which is broadcast from the US and Japan.
