Ruslan Asadov is the co-founder of Azerbaijan’s OL! Youth Movement, which works to develop democratic leaders and disseminate modern and progressive values.
Alongside his work with OL! Asadov worked as a program officer at the National Democratic Institute, for whom he developed a training module on civic engagement and issue campaigning for young people living in rural areas. He has since worked for CRISP and the Global FoodBanking Network.
