Svitlana Zalishchuk is a Ukrainian former Member of Parliament, foreign policy advisor and activist.
Zalishchuk was active in the EuroMaidan movement, and has previously worked as a government press officer and as part of Ukraine’s Stop Censorship campaign.
She was elected to Parliament in 2014 and served on the Committee for Foreign Affairs, as head of the Subcommittee on European and Euro-Atlantic Relations, and as a member of the Ukrainian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
She lost her seat in the 2019 election but remained in government as a foreign policy advisor to Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk, before ultimately leaving office in March 2020.
